Both Austum and the barrel-aged Tionio are made in the village of Pesquera, centre of this internationally renowned area for great wines. The use of a specific clone selected by the University of Davis and an innovative planting density give us low yields with greater concentration and structure to our wines. We also produce a Verdejo from the neighbouring DO Rueda.
